Ugh

I feel drowsy today...

its either because I only got 5 hours of sleep,
I'm sick,
I've been taking massive doses of vitamins,
or all three.

anyways I decided to share something about the bench press that I do in the mornings.

when the bar is going towards my chest I flex my arms like I'm trying to bend the bar, this makes the bench press much more efficient. A lot of people don't like it because they think it's overrated, it is, but there are ways that you can get more value out of it.

that's all class.
