When I woke up in the morning I got on the scale, after pigging out at chipotle i figured I would be up in weight, but I was down 2.8 lbs! and my body fat percentage was down to 8.5%!
I took a half day at work, then went to the gym.
I tried something new, 20 rep squats. by the end of it I was light-headed, and felt like throwing up.
then I did my standard leg workout.
Dinner was half a pizza (18") and some dark chocolate.
