Day 19- Ugh

I've been following the plan up until last night, I had half a pizza, half a bag of chips, and half a bottle of dr pepper. Why, I do not know. But I felt like I was dying last night, and some this morning. My weight has pretty much stayed the same through this whole thing, I guess I could cut way back on the carbs and not eat so much meat and more vegetables if I wanted to loose any more fat, but I feel happy where I am, so I'm not really motivated to try and loose another percent or so of body fat.
