Day 1- Rules

1. I'm only eating fruits and vegetables through the day
2. I'm not having any dessert (candy, brownies, cookies, pop, etc..)
3. I'm allowed to drink coffee this month
4. Eat a big meal for dinner
5. Exercise every day
6. Eat 1 serving of superfood at least 3 times a week

I had my first shake this morning. It was 30 grams of protein powder, frozen berries, flax seed oil, and organic whole milk with DHT added. All in all, pretty tasty :D

This morning I had a light workout, since I was kind of feeling sick from too much junk food last night. That will be the last time I feel like that for 30 days at least ;)
