Day 19

Finally! It's Friday... I must say, working out five mornings and two nights Monday through Friday does take it's toll on me by the end of the week. I had a good hard class last night, woke up feeling sore all over, but because I had a banana with some peanut butter before going to bed I wasn't completely exhausted when I woke up. I had another banana before I went to the gym this morning, so that gave me enough gas to make it through my workout. I weighed myself this morning, and I was at 166 lbs, that's a few lbs lower than when I started, I'm definitely starting to see a change in my shape though, so I'm not too worried about my weight. I'm in the last 11 day stretch of my 30 days so there won't be as much to post, but I'll take a picture when I'm done and throw it up there with my other two, that way I'll be able to see how my body has changed over the year.
