Day 5- Undereating

well, I seriously messed up my plan. was going to do a water fast, but this morning i was in the store and saw this "probiotic" drink, i don't know what i was thinking, but I had one, it turned out to be like a yogurt. now i feel kind of sluggish, I was almost hyper before I had it... shoot me. Oh well, lesson learned

oh and on a side note. I had a protein shake after my workout this morning (almost no sugar in it) and I was flying, so i think if you keep the sugar low the protein shakes shouldn't mess up your under-eating phase
