I went to the gym this morning before work and felt amazing through the whole workout.
HIIT on the treadmill zero incline for 10 min (11mph for 30 sec, 6mph for 90 sec)
2 sets of barbell bicep curls (heavy, 5 or 6 reps per set)
2 sets of over the head tricep extensions (heavy, 5 or 6 reps per set)
1 superset of clean and presses (5 or 6 reps)
Ori's ab workout
1 set of frog jumps (oh the pain...)
1 set of shoulder stretches (just for the heck of it, the thing with a rubber band and act like you're shooting a bow and arrow)
all in less than 45 minutes, and My body hates me right now ^_^

I hope it's not just confirmation bias. There's no way I could be just thinking I have more energy in the morning. I'm flying through workouts and doing better than I ever had.
It doesn't seem right but there it is.
