Well here's something interesting, I got on the scale last night before going to bed because I was curious about eating all that pizza for dinner the earlier that night. I was back up to 176 lbs, thinking "oh great, all that salt killed my weight loss". When I got up this morning and weighed myself I was at 172.6 lbs, exactly what I was the day before.
I learned two things from this.
1. always measure yourself at the same time in the day, you'll go crazy if you don't.
2. you can totally pig out on the worst kind of food and still not gain weight.
good to know, I don't plan on hogging out every night, but every once in a while its kind of fun. ^_^
Today I'm doing the water fast again (since I screwed it up yesterday, but at least I learned that having sugar on an empty system really does slow you down)
I worked out at about 11am this morning, felt great through the whole thing.
HIIT training on the track
Bench press
Decline press
Pec Deck
Abs
Leapfrogs
now I'm sipping on a protein shake
