Day 7- One week

I woke up this morning feeling great. I went to the gym before church and ran some sprints, my muscles were achy so I didn't try to lift weights or anything.

I've had two coffee's today and nothing else. I can actually taste this bitter aftertaste that lingers in my mouth. Must be the caffeine.

My thoughts after doing this for a whole week:

1. I have not seen any reason so far as why I would ever want to go back to my "normal" eating habits

2. I'm down at least one percent body fat, maybe more but with my calipers its hard to tell.

3. Fasting is not hard

4. Eating is really fun
