Wall

I hit a wall today with my bench press (figuratively speaking of course) yesterday I put up 160lbs 5 times and then 3 times. today I was only able to put up 165lbs 1 time, I was surprised because I didn't think my strength limit would be so abrupt, but there you go. I only have one more day in my cycle before I go back down to the lighter weights so its no biggie, just an interesting observation on my part. since my one rep max was pretty much 155 I'm happy with being able to push 165. I'm going to start the cycle over and see if I can get it to 170. We'll see.
