Day 3- Morning

Got up at 5 this morning to go to the Y and work out. yay -_-

Since I'm resting for my softball tournament I didn't do my boxing workout (my elbow gets sore if I use it too much, from breaking it a while ago, so I want it to be in good shape for saturday) I did do some HIIT training on the treadmill though, I walk for 4 minutes and speed it up to 10 mph for one minute, then go back to walking. I did 35 minutes of that this morning, then went down and did my powerlifting workout. Deadlift/Bench press/Pull up's. Sufice to say, I feel adiquitly "worked out" ^_^

Not a real exciting menu for today, I had some blueberries left over, and went and bought some raspberries (I've already eaten both of those) so now I'm munching on raisins. Around lunchtime when I start to get hungry I'm going to microwave one of those "microwave sacs" of broccoli. Yum :)
