Day 8- Morning

I went to the Y this morning, did a heavy bag/speed bag workout. Then I did some body weight exercises (pull up's/push up's/tricep dips). I'm noticing that in the morning I don't really have that "fogy" feeling anymore, I'm pretty alert once I wake up. This might be due to the complete absence of caffeine in my diet. Today I have some banana's, and I'm going to try to eat that broccoli, I'm never in the mood for it when lunch time comes around.
