Day 14- Half way there

I haven't been updating as much as I used to because frankly, there's not much to say.

I read the "ABS diet" and I learned about some intriguing ideas. One of them being the eating six times a day. I'm still being faithful to the warrior diet as far as not eating high glycemic foods during the day, but I do have two snacks between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner. I'll eat some cheese, or some a handful of nuts and some fruit. I've been able to control my eating habits at dinner a little more now that I'm getting more stuff during the day to keep me satisfied.

For breakfast every day I'll have a strawberry smoothie with whey protein powder and flax seed oil. I drink that after my workout (still working out on an empty stomach)

Snack is usually something along the lines of some string cheese and an apple.

Lunch has been steamed vegetables lately, still lovin' my vegeatable steemer (co-workers aren't though)

another snack at around three o'clock

then I eat dinner around six.

I've started training for MMA, so I'm learning lots of groundwork (because all I've ever done has been boxing) so that's a lot of fun, and a lot of work.

Hey hey hey!!

Don't stop blogging. I started my own fitness and training blog a few weeks back. The last thing I need is for a fellow trainign blogger to drop out.

Think of your blogging like your training! If you drop the blogging - whats that say about your commitment?! Hmmmm? :p

Get back on here. :D
