Well, today my co-worker's want me to go out to lunch with them. We're going to Chipotle.
I never decided I was going to do the diet non-stop for 30 days or anything, but im not sure what I'm going to do. Honestly, I don't want to eat because I know I'm going to work out after work today... I think I'm just going to go with a salad or something. The funny thing is... I don't feel bad about deviating from my diet, but I just don't want to. I like feeling good I guess.

Edit:
Well it turns out I never went out to lunch... so I just had a banana for breakfast and one for lunch. I was feeling nauseous around 2ish and realized that I hadn't had any water since my coffee in the morning. So I grabbed a water and was feeling better in a little bit.
My workout after work was intense... I'm reading Ori's other book called "max muscle min fat" and he explains the difference between "fast twitch" and "slow twitch" muscles. I decided to incorperate both aspects into my workout.
First I started with bicep curls, my set conisted of:
5 reps as fast as I could with a really heavy weight, then imedieatly do another 5 reps with a lighter weight really slowly.
I did the same thing with triceps. My whole workout was:
run 1/2 mile
Biceps 2 super-sets
Triceps 2 super-sets
Biceps 2 super-sets
Triceps 2 super-sets
Abwork
and about 3 wind-sprints (for about 100 meters on the track is a straigt-away, then I jog around the curvy section for my next sprint)
For dinner I had spagetti and breadsticks.
2 helpings of spagetti
4 breadsticks
^_^

If anything, it'll be something to compare against.
