Supplements

Ori recommends a ton of supplements, I'm not going to use everything he suggests, but here's what I already do.

1 Ts of flax seed oil in the morning:

studies show that people with a higher ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 have improved mental health

Gingo Biloba:

I've been taking this as a trial for about 2 and a half weeks, so far i haven't noticed any changes, I doubt I'll be buying another bottle.

Green tea extract:

I just started this one this week, still nothing to report.

Vitamin A:

supposed to improve skin health, been taking it for a couple of weeks and it seems like my acne has cleared up, still too soon to tell.

those are all of the supplements I currently take. I am interested in starting up a multi vitatmin, and a multi mineral. probably from the standard process company.

Bob's Red Mill makes a hot cereal with flaxseed that's really tasty. That's a good source of Omega-3's as well.

cool, now that im not eating as much "junk" my omega-6 intake should be limited. so i might not need as much omega-3 as i've been taking
