I really don't like all the talk about supplements over on that board.

They've got discussion on Deer Antler Velvet as a supplement fer chrissakes.

I just don't see the value in getting so into supplementation. Take a vitamin and maybe a protein supplement. Other than that, try to minimize processed foods.
